An extraordinary vintage chunky coral necklace with exceptional scale and presence.

The necklace is composed of oversized, individually shaped genuine coral beads in a vivid red color, retaining the natural pits, growth textures and organic variations characteristic of coral. Several beads approach approximately 1.15" across, creating a dramatic sculptural collar when worn.

The color appears likely enhanced or dyed; exact treatment and coral species are unknown and no laboratory testing has been performed.

Finished with an ornate silver-tone toggle clasp and findings that test as silver; exact silver content is unknown.
